Operations level will help qualify you for new roles during a disaster involving animals including possible Team Lead roles. This class expands on the learnings of the Level 1 course and challenges experienced shelter staff with scenarios of emergency sheltering during a disaster.

To be eligible to take this course, you must be at least 18 years old, have a up-to-date FLSARC volunteer profile, AND provide proof of the following:

• FL SARC Awareness Level Small Animal Emergency Sheltering class.
• FEMA IS-100 (online and no charge)

If the above certificates of completion are currently not part of your volunteer profile with FLSARC, please submit these certificates to volunteer@flsarc.org or your registration may be cancelled.
