MISSION STATEMENT:
The Florida State Animal Response Coalition (FL SARC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to all-hazard disaster preparation, planning, training, response and recovery during animal emergencies. The FL SARC program trains participants to facilitate a safe and efficient response to animal emergencies on the local, state and national level. FL SARC team is recognized (organized) under the auspices of Florida state and local emergency management utilizing the principles of the Incident Command System (ICS.)

FLSARC is a coalition of individuals, groups and businesses local and/or national in scope with the desire to plan, train, practice and respond to animal emergencies in Florida.
FLSARC provides leadership, training guidance and direction to those individuals, groups and businesses wishing to respond to animal events in Florida.
