Operations Level is designed for those who may want to advance for more significant responsibilities in an emergency animal shelter. The Level 1 course must be successfully completed as well as some FEMA free online courses. Operations Level Small Animal Emergency Sheltering class is certified by the Florida Division of Emergency Management and reviewed by FEMA.This class is split into FOUR-4 hour sessions over two weekends.
