CHAART is a group of governmental and private agencies dedicated to effectively communicating and planning for animal and agriculture emergencies and disasters in Hillsborough County. CHAART is modeled to operate as a county level State Agricultural Response Team (SART). CHAART combines the skills and resources of many agencies, organizations and individuals. CHAART supports the county, regional, and state emergency management efforts. |
