SART Historical Scan Workshop

SART will be updating its
Organizational Declaration and Strategic Plan in the coming months.  To
help kick-off this project, a Historical Scan Workshop will be held with SART
partner agencies to start envisioning the future for Florida SART.

The historical scan is a
visual timelining exercise to help members identify key events ? past and
present ? of Florida SART, SART partners, state, and nation.  The
historical scan will honor what we have done together, educate new members on
SART?s history, and help with organizational learning.

During this workshop, we will
clarify why Florida SART was formed, how it worked with partners, and how it
can work together in the future.  The time periods that attendees will
highlight include:  ?Prior to 2003,? 03 ? 04, 05 ? 10, 11 ? 15, 16 ? 19,
and 20 ? 23.

The goal of this first
workshop event will be to finish the historical scan and decide on the next
steps for updating the Organizational Declaration and Strategic Plan.

Please join us to help
analyze our past and have a say in how SART moves forward into the
future.  A finalized agenda for the workshop will be sent out in the
coming weeks.

If you have any questions,
please email our workshop facilitator, Jessica Stempien, at
Jessicalea.stempien@freshfromflorida.com.

We hope to see you there!
