Small Animal Disaster and Emergency Sheltering - Level 2 Operations

The Florida State Animal Response Coalition (FL SARC), in partnership with Pinellas County Emergency Management & the Florida State Algaculture Response Team (FL SART) (www.FLSART.org) are pleased to offer the Operations Level 2 - Small Animal Disaster and Emergency Sheltering class for the Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Manatee and all other surrounding communities.

This Operations Level (Level 2) is a 2-day course that details the leadership roles as well as strategic considerations within emergency animal shelters and their operations. After completing this course, you will be able to plan for and operate a small animal emergency shelter.

This is a required course for FL SARC field leadership positions within the incident response team.
