Description

Florida State Animal Response Coalitions' (FLSARC) Operations (Level 2) class teaches the leadership roles and strategic consideration of emergency animal shelters. Level 2 is aimed at FLSARC volunteers who are ready to use their skills to step up into a more advanced role on deployment. All attendees must have completed Awareness (Level 1) and IS-100 to attend, along with proven animal handling experience. Level 2 is approved by FEMA and is certified by the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
