Our courses are FEMA and Florida Division of Emergency Management certified, and have been created with the experts at SART and UF Veterinary Emergency Treatment Service Team. | 9:00AM - 6:00PM | Florida State Animal Response Coalitions' (FLSARC) Operations (Level 2) class teaches the leadership roles and strategic consideration of emergency animal shelters. Level 2 is aimed at FLSARC volunteers who are ready to use their skills to step up into a more advanced role on deployment. All attendees must have completed Awareness (Level 1) and IS-100 to attend, along with proven animal handling experience.
